i love all of this so darn much. this is exactly the mindset i used retuning to running - finding a way to show up is always the most important part (And everything else, even the big and little goals inside of that goal, are a bonus!). sending good thoughts for your next loop, and for some healing from whatever is ailing you. let there be breath! <3

Thank you civil!! I ended up clearing two miles today and felt blissfully alive the entire time, so I feel the light returning!! Even have a bit of my voice back!

This mindset can really be applied to so many things, can't it?!

So inspiring! Got this as I was returning from— wait for it— a walk on the beach! 💕

Oooh, I'm jealous! Beach walks are my favorite of all -- especially in SB! It's been too long!!

Loveeee this journey for you and also how much it has inspired me to also walk! You're going to need a new pair of shoes soon. Maybe a treat for getting to 250!

Girl, I do need a new pair of shoes. I've been buying the same brand/style of running/walking shoes for years and I think I'm ready for a change... just can't decide which ones I want. Glad we've been able to share some of these walks together! Here's to more!

"At whatever point you wake up for the day (or night), be alive. I mean it. Take a big, deep breath and feel that heart beating in your chest. This is it. Not the list of things to do today because you didn’t get them done yesterday. Not the appointments or plans or expanse of nothingness before you. You woke up alive, and the only way to have one or one hundred days of anything is to do that — again and again and again. Receive the gift of it."

Wish I could write this on my heart - I shall return to it though, your words a reminder and also challenge. Working on it.

Congrats on 100 days, my friend.
